Terms of Services

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

All communication regarding the commission is to be done by email or social medias DMs.

I have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities.
Some content that I will not be comfortable with include:
- Furry
- Mecha / robots
-Complex armors
- Explicit NSFW
- Copying others' art style

- Process -

Please contact me via email and describe your project to me, along with some references pictures. Doodling what you want can also help me make the drawing closest to your idea.The completion of the work requires 2 weeks to a month at minimum, and may take up to two months depending on the commission type, complexity, and my actual workload as I'm still in school. Taking my time on your project will ensure I can deliver you quality content.I will only start drawing after a full payment via Paypal, and the process will go as follow :1. I do a sketch and send it to you for revisions. If there are corrections to be done, I will send you an updated version of the sketch for validation. Please note there may be 2 major revisions during the sketch process, not including mistakes of my own. Any revision later in the process can only be minor, or I will have to charge additional fees.2. After you validate the sketch, I will process with flat colors and send you a picture to make sure we're on the same page. Once again, no major revisions can be done at this point, unless you pay an additional fee.3. I start the rendering and will send you a high resolution file with the finished piece.

- Rights, Usage and Credits -

I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, or displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I reserve the right to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.The process will likely be posted on my social media and/or streamed on Twitch, unless you request otherwise before the project begins.Clients are granted exclusive rights for PERSONAL use of the work, as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. Personal use includes: (ex: social media profile picture, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, physical prints for you only) that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.You may not, at any time, modify, edit, change the work without my permission.Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are NOT included. Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, including monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases..); and reselling rights means selling the work to another party or another platform.Any work done or made available to you must not be used for NFT or any blockchain purposes, nor for any sort of AI usage.Commercial licenses require additional charges on a case-by-case basis. You may not claim the work as your own or anyone else's and therefore must credit me using my social username.

- Payments, Cancellations and Refunds -

Before starting, you are expected to pay the full amount.Invoices will be sent when I am ready to begin working on your project. Please do not send a payment without my request.When the invoice or payment link is received, you agree to pay within 72h, unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advance, or the project may be cancelled.
Refunds are not possible unless initiated by myself for particular reasons.If for any unforseen reason I cannot complete the work, or the work is significantly delayed by more than 3 months past deadline, I will take the initiative to inform you and provide a partial or full refund.Prices are in EUR and paid via Paypal invoice. Prices may change depending on the complexity.By engaging on any project, once work has started or transactions have been made through paypal, you acknowledge that the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physical shipped good for you to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned before will be followed. Also, prices are non-negotiable.

- Agreement -

I reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with my studio.By commissioning me, you confirm you are at least 18 and above, or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of services as listed above.The date for this agreeement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission, or upon the first transaction made.
